It really is too bad that there isn't more familiar company here. So far I've encountered only a handful of annoying people, very few of whom I have seen before (and would ever want to see again.) I wonder where my dear otouto is, and that violent fiance of his. ...The little midget that always hung around him... what was his name...? Well, not that it matters. Now that I'm considerably closer to my little green-haired mouse, I believe I can keep myself busy for a while.

I once had the idea that this place would keep me busy... I see now that I was mistaken. It is full of uninteresting people with nothing to offer, though I've come to find that several of them may have bright futures in the window washing trade. Watching paint dry might also entice them. I'm wasting my time here while I could be elsewhere saving a rainforest or promoting alternative fuel like the hippie that I truly am making better use of my services. Though... I have heard of something interesting- a church inhabited by a few of kami-sama's own sycophants all clad in ridiculous white dresses who draw their virtues by chance from a box of cereal... I'd love to drop by and say hello if I could only locate this place... Say a prayer or two and donate something. Maaa... I do wish any of you could give me directions~

Peaceful. Empty. Cold.

This city is really to my liking, despite my initial belief (and irritation) that someone might be trying to prove their strength to me. Haha! It seems my suspicions are assuaged… There’s not a single soul around, nor a corpse for that matter, rotting away on any corner of this place that I’ve explored so far.

It seems, here, my ‘brother’s’ policy would apply… in that wandering about aimlessly might bring a change of scenery. To my chagrin, I’m already bored… not suprising really. There’s not much to burn here.

I can safely say that there is now one- and only one- placemarker on the timeline of my lives, beneath which it is written that I have actually waited for a human to come along.
